Alan Knight MBE Charity Match

I created the visual identity and campaign for the Alan Knight MBE Charity Match at Fratton Park, bringing together a consistent creative system across promotional artwork, social content and matchday material.

The direction needed to celebrate Knight’s history with Portsmouth without falling into predictable nostalgia. Bold typography, archival photography and a stripped-back visual language gave the event a contemporary identity while keeping the connection to Pompey at the centre of the work.

The system was built to flex across the full campaign, from the initial announcement and player reveals through to matchday communications and printed applications. The result was a cohesive identity that helped give a one-off charity fixture the presence and character of a much bigger event.
